TTL - Tightened+Toned+Lifted
For allover body toning, with an emphasis on posture and alignment, this fun, results-oriented class utilizes moves from Pilates and ballet, while natural body weight, as well as a resistance band, is used to sculpt, tone and tighten legs, hips, butts and arms, and the core is worked in a safe and effective manner.  Although this is a low-impact class, you will really feel the burn with high-intensity sculpting moves that target all the right places!  TTL is also a perfect complement for those who typically stick to a more narrow strength and/or cardio routine (e.g. running, spinning, weight lifting, boot camp classes, etc.), as well as for those who sit at a desk for long periods of time, which can contribute to poor posture, imbalances, and tightness in the body. Your muscles will be challenged in new ways and you will leave feeling a little tighter and lifted!

No shoes are required and all levels are welcome. Changing rooms available - no showers.
